 DELIVERY/RETURNS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of your item/s

2. Delivery cost will be highlighted when placing your order in the basket and at final checkout.

3. Delivery cost will not include VAT, only at final checkout.

4. We only deliver to Mainland UK.

5. Your product will be delivered by one of our designated parcel services/courier.

6. Next day delivery is not available.

7. Local Deliveries will be delivered by our own transport Van.

RETURNS

1. You have the right to reject something if it's faulty within 30 days of buying it – and get a refund.

2. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

3. The Customer must pay for any return postage of items that are faulty.

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage just in case your item goes missing.

On receipt of your returned item, we will issue a refund within 48hours.
